Go to the play store

Download the outlook app 

Add account

Tap Exchange

Enter your email address

Enter your email password

If it asks you to sign in to Office365, sign in

If it asks for a username, enter your email address again

You will now have added your email account

 Emails will now start to synchronise to your phone
